Wano Island is World 3. The Wano Island Star ceiling is Luffe Gear 5 (Divine, x2,950 community-reported), the Haki Gacha rolls a tap-power buff (reported 2.5x at the top), and the Fruit machine upgrades can fail — community footage shows a 0.10% step that simply doesn’t apply on a failed roll.
Quest-chain names are partly garbled in community sources (the same NPC appears as “Kizari” and “Kizero” in different quest texts — an in-game inconsistency), and a crafted unit via Fruit Shards is reported here but its name and rarity conflict across sources, so we leave it unlisted.
