Every world’s Star in Anime Astral Simulator hides two units the summon table won’t show you — a Secret and a Divine — and the game openly teases it: the Roblox description invites you to “be the first to discover a secret fighter”. This guide covers every known Secret, how the hidden-slot mechanic and the 10,000-roll pity work, and the crafted shortcut that’s usually smarter than the lottery. All of it is community-reported — verify in-game.
How the hidden summon slot works
Secret and Divine fighters don’t appear in the Star’s displayed roster until you’ve pulled them at least once (community-reported, consistent across sources). You’re always rolling for them — you just can’t see the odds, because the game doesn’t publish per-rarity rates for any gacha. The QoL update’s official changelog did confirm one thing: it “increased the chances of obtaining Secret and Divine units from Stars”, with no numbers attached.
What the community has pinned down is pity:
- Secret pity: 10,000 summons — officially lowered from 15,000 in the QoL update (developer changelog, community-archived).
- Mythic pity: 1,000 summons. Legendary pity exists; the number is unknown.
- Divine pity: none. This is the most-complained-about fact in the game — players report 30-hour sessions and six-figure roll counts for a single Divine. Full mechanics in the summoning guide.
Pity tracks per gacha, so 5,000 rolls in Ninja Village plus 5,000 in Namek City gets you nothing. Pick one world’s Star and commit.
Every Secret fighter (community-reported multipliers)
| Secret | World | Multiplier | Worth the 10,000? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hashiromo | Ninja Village | x194 | No — Solo City’s Uncommon beats it |
| Gogueta | Namek City | x437.5 | No — outscaled two worlds later |
| Gol D Rogger | Wano Island | x950 | Marginal |
| Lovi | Titan Wall | x2,000 | Yes, if you’re parked in W4 |
| Igros | Solo City | x5,000 | Yes — the best pity target in the game |
The table tells one story: early-world Secrets age terribly. Hashiromo’s x194 is below Solo City’s Uncommon (Esi, x215). If you’re pre-Titan Wall, the correct move is almost always to push worlds instead of grinding pity — the full argument is in our tier list.
One naming note for Solo City: don’t confuse the pet Igros with the shadow Igris from the Arise System — the Trello lists them separately and community sources disagree on whether they’re related. Shadows are a different system entirely.
How long is 10,000 rolls, really?
Numbers without context lie, so here’s the context. With auto-roll running (and the Remote Star pass so it doesn’t cancel when you move — see the F2P Tickets guide for getting it free), 10,000 summons is a multi-day commitment of farming Yen to feed the machine, not an afternoon. The most-cited community data point is grim: one F2P player logged roughly 387,000 total rolls across ~30 hours of continuous play and walked away with one Divine and one Secret in that entire span. Pity makes the Secret guaranteed at 10,000 — but the Yen to pay for those rolls is its own grind, and it scales with your world’s income. Practically, that means a Secret campaign only makes sense in a world you were going to farm anyway.
Two things people confuse with secret fighters, to save you a wasted week: world bosses dropping avatars (those go in the back slot — different system, see avatars) and hidden side-quest bosses like Ninja Village’s Itachi (he drops raid keys, not fighters). The only sources of Secret fighters are the Star and pity.
The crafted route: Secret-tier power without the lottery
Each world also has a Crafted unit — functionally a guaranteed Secret-tier path. The verified recipe is Solo City’s Sung Ice (x2,000): 3x Sung TimeSkip + 25 Solo Shards. The math is what makes it attractive: Mythic pity is 1,000 rolls, so three copies are guaranteed in at most 3,000 rolls — less than a third of Secret pity, for a unit that matches Titan Wall’s Secret.
The catch is the shards. Community reports say the Solo Shard drop rate was nerfed from 5% to 0.1% shortly after Update 1 (the NPCNERF code on our codes page was the compensation), so the shard farm is now the slow half. Namek City and Wano Island also have crafted units (community videos describe a shard-crafted unit in each), but their in-game names are unverified, so we don’t list them — check your world’s craft machine directly.
Warning before you delete duplicates: crafting consumes copies. Keep your Mythic dupes until you know your world’s recipe.
A realistic Secret plan
- Fund the habit free — redeem everything on the codes page (~6,300 F2P Tickets; see the F2P Tickets guide).
- Push to the latest world you can survive — later Secrets are worth the pity; early ones aren’t.
- Roll toward Mythic pity first (1,000) — it’s a guaranteed checkpoint and possible craft fodder on the way to 10,000.
- Let Divines happen. No pity means no plan — any roll session might drop one, and none can promise it.
Every number above is community-reported; the dev patches odds and pity without warning (they’ve already changed Secret pity once). When the Trello moves, this page moves.
